HR Manager


International Micro-Finance Company is looking for an experienced HR Manager. The company provide emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members and employees of selected companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on overall human resources management and strategies. Plus support the smooth running of the company’s operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement and review HR policies as required.
  • Communicating HR policies to staff and ensuring adherence of the same.
  • Ensuring all personnel files are updated and maintain confidentiality.
  • Responsible for the company’s medical, benevolent and pension schemes.
  • Co-ordinating all training, workshops and meetings with all HODs
  • Monthly payroll input to the Finance Manager.
  • To facilitate the recruitment, selection and placement of quality staff and do staff vetting before confirmation.
  • Assessment of salary scales in comparison to the industry.
  • To facilitate growth and development of all staff.
  • To ensure good employee relations within the Company.
  • To lead in the development of effective HR programmes that would make the Company an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social or Business studies, MBA an added advantage.
  • A reputable professional HR qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in medium-large organisation.
  • Experience in change management and the ability to lead change.
  • Excellent computer skill.
