Executive Housekeeper


Our client has brought modern international development that offers the very best in lifestyle and luxury. On site facilities include a boutique hotel, two and three bedroom fully furnished apartments, penthouses with private outdoor Jacuzzi, conference facilities, a luxury spa, a well- equipped gym, boardwalk with waterfront restaurants (upcoming), an infinity swimming pool with a pool bar and an underground night club. They are currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of entire hotel.
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
  • Prepare annual housekeeping budget.
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
  • Organize inventory with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
  • Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Assist the procurement department in selecting suppliers.
  • Plan, control and supervise horticultural activities.
  • Attending to and resolving guest complaints.
  • Verification of supplies consignments.
  • Organize on the job training and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Approval of the functional manual of the department.
  • Recommend recruitment of new personnel.


  •  Degree or Diploma in hotel management.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience of which 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong operational/technical knowledge.
  • Thorough knowledge of the housekeeping and laundry field.
  • Able to create, modify department and related company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate information and hotel services to management and guests.
  • Ability to build effective teams, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effectively deals with ambiguity.
