Sales Executive – Hospitality Sector


Our client, a leading Commercial company whose primary operations is in the design, build and supply of commercial kitchen projects; for hotels, restaurants, fast food outlets etc. is looking to recruit a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-years’ proven experience of Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sale of Industrial kitchenware and equipment (stainless steel / fabrication/supply of industrial food processing equipment and weighing scales).
  • Development of new sales leads across the region.
  • Fieldwork (80%).
  • Customer sourcing and retention.
  • Persuading clients that the product/service best satisfies their needs in quality, price and delivery.
  • Developing long-term relationship with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Arranging and carrying out product training.
  • Supporting market activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Preparing sales report for the directors and keeping customer records.
  • Creating and managing of correspondence to clients through email, quotations, proposals, tenders and presentations.
  • Creating and managing a customer database.
  • Provide full support as required by the employer.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Must a minimum of 5-years’ experience of Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality sector.
  • Ability to confidently interact with client representatives at all levels.
  • Expert communication, multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
